Strength & Mindset Programs

Physician-Designed Strength Training for the Whole Family

Not just workout apps.
Not random routines.
A strategic, physician-designed approach to building strength, confidence, and long-term healthspan — at every stage of life.

Our practice offers three evidence-informed strength and mindset programs created by Dr. Ali Novitsky, a triple board-certified physician and Master Certified Coach. Each program is built on the same foundational philosophy and adapted for different ages, needs, and capacities.

Whether you are rebuilding strength as an adult, seeking a comprehensive mind–body system, or supporting a growing child, there is a clear and supportive path forward.

The Strategic Strength Approach™

The Philosophy Behind All Programs

At The FIT Collective, strength training is most effective when movement is paired with mindset.

The Strategic Strength Approach™ integrates:

  • Physical movement

  • Body awareness

  • Emotional regulation

  • Sustainable behavior change

This is not about intensity or perfection.
It is about capacity, consistency, and confidence — built over time.

All three programs are designed to work with physiology and nervous-system capacity, not against it.
